Jetzt hat das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berlin.de\/gerichte\/kammergericht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kammergericht (KG)<\/a> im Einvernehmen mit dem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bundesgerichtshof.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BGH<\/a> klargestellt: \u201eDas F\u00fchren eines Bautagebuchs stellt auch bei fehlender Regelung des Leistungsumfangs eine geschuldete Teilleistung dar.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Damit kann der Bauherr generell Honorar abziehen, wenn kein Bautagebuch gef\u00fchrt wurde. Zur Abzugsh\u00f6he vertritt das KG den Standpunkt, dass das Honorar um einen Prozentpunkt gek\u00fcrzt werden darf.
