Es besteht zumindest derzeit kein Aktualisierungsbedarf. Das hat der beim Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Umwelt, Naturschutz, Bau und Reaktorsicherheit angesiedelte Deutsche Vergabe- und Vertragsausschuss f\u00fcr Bauleistungen (DVA) bekannt gegeben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung f\u00fcr Bauleistungen (VOB) wird vom DVA, einem von den Interessengruppen der \u00f6ffentlichen Auftraggeber und der Auftragnehmer parit\u00e4tisch besetzten Gremium, erarbeitet und fortgeschrieben. In ihr sind Bestimmungen f\u00fcr die Vergabe von Bauauftr\u00e4gen \u00f6ffentlicher Auftraggeber sowie Vertragsbedingungen f\u00fcr die Ausf\u00fchrung von Bauleistungen geregelt. Der DVA pr\u00e4feriert eine Weiterentwicklung der VOB\/B, h\u00e4lt es jedoch f\u00fcr erforderlich, zun\u00e4chst die Diskussion zum BGB-Bauvertrag in der Fachwelt und die Rechtsprechung zu beobachten. Eine Neuregelung der VOB\/B w\u00e4ren zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt verfr\u00fcht.
