Weiter ist zu pr\u00fcfen, ob in dem Schreiben der Auftraggeber bzw. Gl\u00e4ubiger sowie die Forderung klar bezeichnet wird, denn seri\u00f6se Inkassounternehmen machen genau das. Betrugsgefahr droht bei Rechtschreibfehlern, einkopierten Briefk\u00f6pfen oder Logos. Auch ist es sinnvoll zu pr\u00fcfen, ob das Inkassounternehmen in Deutschland zugelassen ist.
