Er steigt ab Januar 2016 auf 9,10 EUR. Das Kabinett hat am 23.9.15 die Verordnung des Bundesarbeitsministeriums gebilligt. Damit m\u00fcssen auch Betriebe den Mindestlohn zahlen, die nicht tariflich gebunden sind.<\/p>\n<p>In der Abfallwirtschaft gilt seit dem 19.5.15 ein neuer Mindestlohntarifvertrag. Er bezieht auch die Stra\u00dfenreinigungs- und Winterdienste ein. In der Branche sind rund 180.000 Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer t\u00e4tig. Die Tarifparteien haben beantragt, die vereinbarten Mindestl\u00f6hne f\u00fcr alle Arbeitgeber der Branche zum siebten Mal in Folge f\u00fcr allgemeinverbindlich zu erkl\u00e4ren. Der erh\u00f6hte, bundesweite Mindeststundenlohn f\u00fcr alle Entsorger, Stra\u00dfenreinigungs- und Winterdienste betr\u00e4gt<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 ab dem 1.10.15 bis zum 31.12.15: 8,94 EUR brutto pro Zeitstunde,<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 ab dem 1.1.16 bis zum 31.3.17: 9,10 EUR brutto pro Zeitstunde.<\/p>\n<p>Damit liegt er \u00fcber dem seit 2015 geltenden gesetzlichen Mindestlohn von 8,50 EUR.
