Die Wartezeit auf das am Tag nach dem Unfall beauftragte Schadengutachten geh\u00f6rt zum relevanten Zeitraum. Gleiches gilt f\u00fcr eine angemessene \u00dcberlegungszeit von drei Tagen ab Gutachteneingang, um zu entscheiden, was nun geschehen soll.
