Seine Berufung wurde daraufhin verworfen. Der Wiedereinsetzungsantrag wurde damit begr\u00fcndet, dass der Angeklagte einer Auskunft seines Verteidigers vertraut hatte, dass der Termin &#8211; weil der Verteidiger krank sei &#8211; aufgehoben werde.<\/p>\n<p>Das OLG hielt die Begr\u00fcndung f\u00fcr ausreichend.
