Geklagt hatte ein Autofahrer, der mit 100 Stundenkilometern auf einer Bundesstra\u00dfe unterwegs war. Als der Beklagte mit seinem Fahrzeug aus einem Feldweg auf die Bundesstra\u00dfe auffuhr, kam es zur Kollision. Der Kl\u00e4ger hielt das gegnerische Fahrzeug f\u00fcr allein verantwortlich. Er wollte deshalb seinen Schaden von dem Gegner und dessen Versicherung ersetzt haben. Der beklagte Unfallgegner und seine Versicherung r\u00e4umten im Laufe des Prozesses den Unfallhergang ein. Die Beklagten meinten aber, der Kl\u00e4ger h\u00e4tte nicht darauf vertrauen k\u00f6nnen, dass das gegnerische Fahrzeug vor der Einfahrt wartet. Das sah das LG jedoch anders. Die Richter stellten fest, dass der Beklagte f\u00fcr den Unfall voll verantwortlich sei. Er habe das Vorfahrtsrecht des Kl\u00e4gers missachtet.
