Das ist das Ergebnis eines Ordnungswidrigkeitsverfahrens vor dem Amtsgericht Siegen<\/a>. Betroffen war ein Lkw-Fahrer, der einen Minisattelzug an einem Sonntag gefahren hatte. Gegen den hierf\u00fcr erlassenen Bu\u00dfgeldbescheid konnte er erfolgreich vor Gericht vorgehen. Das Amtsgericht erl\u00e4uterte in seiner Entscheidung noch einmal die Vorschriften zum Sonntagsfahrverbot nach der Stra\u00dfenverkehrsordnung. Danach d\u00fcrfen Lkw \u00fcber 7,5 t sowie Lkw, die einen Anh\u00e4nger f\u00fchren unabh\u00e4ngig von ihrem Gewicht an Sonntagen nicht im \u00f6ffentlichen Stra\u00dfenverkehr genutzt werden. Ein Sattelzug wird dabei wie ein Lkw ohne Anh\u00e4nger behandelt. Wiegt er unter 7,5 t, darf er sonntags genutzt werden. Unerheblich ist dabei die Bezeichnung als Sattelanh\u00e4nger, da kein technischer Unterschied zwischen Sattelauflieger und Sattelanh\u00e4nger besteht (AG Siegen, 431 OWi 851\/12<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
