Von einem solchen „R\u00fcckkehrerfall“ ist immer dann die Rede, wenn der Beschuldigte nach einem unerlaubten Entfernen vom Unfallort an den Unfallort zur\u00fcckgekehrt ist oder sich nachtr\u00e4glich bei der Polizei gemeldet hat.
