Geschieht dieser Nachweis durch die (gleichzeitige) Vorlage einer \u00e4rztlichen Bescheinigung, braucht nach Ansicht der Richter aus dieser die Art der Erkrankung nicht zu entnehmen sein. Das gelte jedenfalls solange, als Gr\u00fcnde daf\u00fcr fehlen, dass die Bescheinigung als erwiesen falsch oder sonst als offensichtlich unrichtig anzusehen sein k\u00f6nnte oder nicht von dem bezeichneten Aussteller herr\u00fchrt.
