Durch eine Ordnungsverf\u00fcgung der zust\u00e4ndigen Beh\u00f6rde wurde ihm aufgegeben, die M\u00f6bel zu entfernen. Seine hiergegen gerichtete Klage blieb jedoch ohne Erfolg.<\/p>\n<p>Die Richter best\u00e4tigten die Ordnungsverf\u00fcgung und wiesen darauf hin, dass das Aufstellen der M\u00f6bel ein Versto\u00df gegen brandschutzrechtliche Vorschriften sei. Beim Brandschutz gelte aus Sicherheitsgr\u00fcnden eine niedrige Eingriffsschwelle. Daher w\u00fcrden bereits zwei Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die Beseitigung der M\u00f6bel sprechen. Zum einen sei dies die Brennbarkeit der Holzm\u00f6bel. Und zum anderen w\u00fcrden die M\u00f6bel im Brandfall den Fluchtweg und den Durchgang f\u00fcr Retter erschweren.
