Anders sei es nur, wenn der Gesch\u00e4digte selbst \u00fcber mindestens ein weiteres ungenutztes Fahrzeug verf\u00fcge (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ra-herren.de\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/BGH-VI-ZR-363-11.pdf\">BGH, VI ZR 363\/11<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Hinweis: Wenn das so f\u00fcr die Nutzungsausfallentsch\u00e4digung gilt, dann gilt das erst recht f\u00fcr die Mietwagennutzung.
