In dem betreffenden Fall ging es um eine Mercedes C-Klasse. Der Reparaturschaden betrug 2.299,39 EUR netto. Die Versicherung hatte sich im Prozess darauf beschr\u00e4nkt, die Laufleistung von 154.000 km als Argument gegen die Wertminderung anzuf\u00fchren. Das Gericht kam nach Anh\u00f6rung des Sachverst\u00e4ndigen zu dem Ergebnis, dass sich ein Fahrzeug mit diesen Eckdaten unfallfrei f\u00fcr einen h\u00f6heren Preis verkaufen lasse, als eines mit repariertem Unfallschaden.
