Vereinbart war ein Umgangsrecht von sieben Tagen im Quartal. Daher verlangte der Mann die \u00dcbernahme der Reisekosten f\u00fcr vier Amerika-Reisen im Jahr. Das LSG machte im Verfahren des einstweiligen Rechtsschutzes deutlich, dass auf die Kosten abgestellt werden m\u00fcsse, die von einem Durchschnittsverdiener aufgewendet w\u00fcrden. Anhand dieses Ma\u00dfstabs sei bei einer durch gr\u00f6\u00dfere Entfernung gepr\u00e4gten Beziehung eine pers\u00f6nliche Aus\u00fcbung des Umgangsrechts nur einmal im Jahr zu finanzieren. Hierf\u00fcr spreche vorliegend insbesondere, dass die geforderten Reisekosten einen Einsatz von rund 35 Prozent des Einkommens eines Durchschnittsverdieners ausmachen w\u00fcrden.
