Hieran habe sich auch nach Einf\u00fchrung des Rangklassenprivilegs f\u00fcr Wohngeldanspr\u00fcche (\u00a7 10 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 ZVG) nichts ge\u00e4ndert. Zwar f\u00fchre dieses Privileg zu einer Verschlechterung der Rechtsstellung der Grundpfandgl\u00e4ubiger, weil sie nach der Aufteilung des Grundst\u00fccks im Fall der Zwangsvollstreckung mit vorrangigen Anspr\u00fcchen aus der Rangklasse des \u00a7 10 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 ZVG rechnen m\u00fcssen.
