So entschied das Oberverwaltungsgericht (OVG) Rheinland-Pfalz in einem entsprechenden Rechtsstreit. Die Richter machten deutlich, dass in einem solchen Fall der Befreiungsantrag vielmehr mit Einsatz von Zwangsmitteln herbeigef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nne. Das gelte insbesondere, wenn der Betroffene \u00fcberlegt hat, das Gartenhaus freiwillig wieder abzurei\u00dfen und auf einen Antrag zu verzichten (OVG Rheinland-Pfalz, 8 A 10443\/11.OVG<\/a>).<\/p>\n
