Bisher ist jedoch weitgehend ungekl\u00e4rt, wie diese Kriterien untereinander zu gewichten sind.<\/p>\n<p>Vor dieser Frage stand auch das Landesarbeitsgericht (LAG) K\u00f6ln, das \u00fcber die Frage zu entscheiden hatte, welchem von zwei vergleichbaren Arbeitnehmern bei Wegfall eines Arbeitsplatzes unter sozialen Gesichtspunkten gek\u00fcndigt werden kann. Der Fall betraf zwei etwa gleich lang besch\u00e4ftigte verheiratete F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte in der Metallverarbeitung, von denen der eine 35 Jahre alt war und zwei Kinder hatte, der andere 53 Jahre alt und kinderlos. Das Gericht entschied, dass die K\u00fcndigung des \u00e4lteren Arbeitnehmers unwirksam war, weil der j\u00fcngere Arbeitnehmer im Gegensatz zum \u00e4lteren viel bessere Chancen hatte, alsbald eine neue Arbeit zu finden.
