Geklagt hatte eine Friseurkundin, die wegen einer unfachm\u00e4nnischen Behandlung bei der Haargl\u00e4ttung (u.a. wurde die verwendete Lauge nicht sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgesp\u00fclt) Hautver\u00e4tzungen am Kopf erlitten hatte, an denen sie mehrere Monate litt. Sie musste sich deswegen das Haupthaar komplett entfernen lassen und etwa ein halbes Jahr lang eine Per\u00fccke tragen. Dauerhafte Sch\u00e4den sind nicht verblieben. Mit ihrer Klage verlangte sie ein Schmerzensgeld von 5000 EUR.<\/p>\n<p>Das OLG sprach ihr einen Betrag von 4.000 EUR zu. Bei der Bemessung der H\u00f6he des Schmerzensgeldes m\u00fcsse insbesondere die Schwere, die Art und die Dauer der Beeintr\u00e4chtigung durch die entstellenden Verletzungen und die damit verbundenen Schmerzen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Die Kl\u00e4gerin habe ca. vier Monate an den Folgen der Ver\u00e4tzungen gelitten. Schmerzensgelderh\u00f6hend habe sich au\u00dferdem die psychische Beeintr\u00e4chtigung der Kl\u00e4gerin ausgewirkt. Diese habe sich durch die Notwendigkeit ergeben, dass sie etwa ein halbes Jahr lang eine Per\u00fccke tragen musste.
