Als sich sp\u00e4ter Risse im Gehbelag zeigten, stellte sich heraus, dass das Material nicht nach den Herstellervorgaben verlegt worden war. Statt mit Montage-Clips befestigt zu werden, waren die einzelnen Elemente zum Gro\u00dfteil verschraubt.<\/p>\n<p>Das OLG sah hierin einen Baumangel, da der Bauherr infolge der von den Herstellerangaben abweichenden Montage Gefahr laufe, die Herstellergarantie zu verlieren. Durch die Verschraubung werde ein ungehindertes Arbeiten und Ausdehnen der Holzdielen verhindert. Hierauf seien die Risse zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.
