Der beklagte Mieter hatte in der N\u00e4he des Rheins eine Wohnung gemietet. Seine Mieten zahlte er nicht vollst\u00e4ndig. Die Mietminderung rechtfertigte er damit, dass laut tuckernde und stinkende Schiffe vorbeifuhren. Das Amtsgericht sprach nun dem Vermieter den eingeklagten Differenzbetrag zu. Vorbeifahrende Schiffe seien kein Grund, die Miete zu k\u00fcrzen. Auf dem Rhein m\u00fcsse man mit Schiffen rechnen.
