Nicht bezeichnen muss es dagegen den Tag, an dem das Zeugnis physisch ausgestellt worden ist. So entschied jetzt das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lag-koeln.nrw.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Landesarbeitsgericht (LAG) K\u00f6ln<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Im Arbeitsleben ist es \u00fcblich, in ein Arbeitszeugnis als Zeugnisdatum das Datum der rechtlichen Beendigung des Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnisses aufzunehmen. Das hat das Bundesarbeitsgericht auch h\u00f6chstrichterlich gebilligt. Dies schafft zum einen Rechtssicherheit. Zum anderen beugt es der Gefahr von Spekulationen vor, ob zwischen den Arbeitsvertragsparteien ein Streit \u00fcber Erteilung und Inhalt des Zeugnisses ausgetragen worden ist.
