Der Vermieter hatte das Mietverh\u00e4ltnis nach mehreren Beitr\u00e4gen auf dem Facebook-Profil des Mieters fristlos gek\u00fcndigt. Das Amtsgericht sieht in dem mit Kot-Smileys hinterlegten Beitrag \u201eSchon wieder fristlose K\u00fcndigung des Mietvertrags bekommen, wollen die das ich durchdrehe ???\u201c sowie dem weiteren Beitrag, dass \u201eder Vermieter zu weit gehe\u201c und \u201eer das jetzt selbst regeln wolle\u201c eine nicht hinzunehmende Drohung.
