Interessant an der Entscheidung sind auch die Aussagen zum \u201eVertragsgegenstand\u201c eines \u2013 m\u00fcndlichen \u2013 Architektenvertrags, der zum Ausbaustandard des konkreten Projekts nichts regelt. Dann wird f\u00fcr eine Modernisierung \u2013 und die daf\u00fcr erstellte Kostensch\u00e4tzung \u2013 der Mindeststandard \u201eHerstellung f\u00fcr ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfes Wohnen\u201c (und nicht die Modernisierung nach neuesten Bauvorschriften) zugrunde gelegt.
